All returned products must be unopened, unused, seal intact and without damage.Products that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned.

Refunds are for product costs only. We are unable to refund shipping costs.All original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. FREE SHIPPING does not mean there are no shipping charges incurred by us. If a product is returned per our Return Policy, these normal shipping charges will be deducted if the item is returned through no fault of ours.

Returns must be pre-approved by emailing customer service([email protected]).We will provide you a RMA# as well as instructions on how to return your merchandise.When you receive your RMA# please carefully package the returned items and address your package.

Please package the items well and purchase insurance or Delivery Confirmation service. We will not be able to honor credits for packages not received or merchandise that comes back to us damaged.
